The Costa Verde is a strip of land covering the municipalities of Mangaratiba, Angra dos Reis, Itaguaí and Paraty in Rio de Janeiro, and Ubatuba, Caraguatatuba, São Sebastião and Ilhabela, in São Paulo.
Rafting on the Mambucaba River, which lies between Paraty and Angra dos Reis, is a special attraction for adventurers who want to know the region: the river, surrounded by stone walls, waterfalls and historical ruins, forms good rapids.
Activities such as ocean kayaking, speedboat ride, stand-up, surftrips and scuba diving are great for those who love to venture into aquatic environments. It is also possible to take historical tours and visit places like the Sertão do Mambucaba and Ilha Grande, or take an urban tour in Paraty.
In addition, there are trails such as the Path of Gold – an excerpt from the old Royal Road where gold and precious stones were transported from Minas Gerais.

Summary of the Roadmap / Activity:
In Paraty there are many beaches with good waves for surfing, beautiful beaches in the middle of the Atlantic Forest.
Among them are: Laranjeiras, Cepilho and Praia do Sono. The others are already beaches of the motto of Ubatuba, Brava do Camburi, Vila do Cambury and Praia da Fazenda. Places with access by car and others with trail.
We have boards of various sizes according to the level of experience of each student.
To take a class is not necessary to have experience, just want to venture!

The Guardian offers all comfort for day trips or overnight.
With capacity for 22 passengers + 1 crew member, it has a cabin with 7 beds for overnight stay, padded awning, toilet, shower of fresh water, boat of support and complete equipment of salvata.

Summary Script / Activity:
“Baptism or Submarine Adventure” – It is the way to know the submarine world without experience or credential.
Accompanied by an instructor who will be responsible for your safety, he makes a briefing during navigation of how the dive works, you will be equipped to jump in the water and make with the instructor a surface test to begin the walk that lasts approximately of 30 a 45 minutes and is from 5 to 10 meters deep.

The Mambucaba River is part of the Serra da Bocaina National Park.
Rafting is practiced in the last 5km of rapids classified in levels II and III of difficulty.
During the course there will be a break with the possibility of jumping from a rock in deep and safe waters.
The descents are guided by experienced instructors and accompanied by the safety kayak. Includes individual insurance of Porto Seguro for all participants, and for this we need the valid document, date of birth and email of the client.
Note: At the end of the tour you will have a homemade snack at a couple’s house.

An unforgettable walk, where seventeenth and nineteenth century footwear were restored and preserved by the slaves that linked Paraty to Diamantina, returning to the time when the tropeiros went up and down the mountain range, taking in the donkeys the riches that gave Brazil the enlargement of its borders and the continental proportions it has today.
The walk is 3.6 km, it is medium level and starts at the bus station where the EMBRATUR guide will be waiting to accompany you by public transport to the beginning of the trail.
Part of the way you will find one of the most beautiful parts of the Serra da Bocaina National Park, where you can enjoy various landscapes of the Atlantic Forest.
